We are a group of like-minded ranchers raising the best Wagyu Beef possible. Pasture-raised in Oklahoma, without the use of growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. As they mature they are fed a traditional Japanese diet (and an occasional beer), designed to enhance their growth and marbling. They are never confined and live their entire life on a ranch, in a stress free environment, to ensure optimal health of the cattle and marbling quality of the meat you will receive. 

Our goal is to provide you the most tender and juicy, best tasting beef you have ever eaten. According to research, Wagyu has as much as three times the amount of mono-unsaturated fat (good fat) and is higher in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids than all other cattle breeds.
